My name is Nathan Coltrane. I'm a writer, director, photographer & cinematographer in Portland, Or.

I graduated from Eastern Washington University where I studied studio art with an emphasis in digital photography. I have always loved making movies, taking pictures and telling stories. When I was little, my brothers, friends & I would use my parent's video camera to make crazy little films. I started taking film & photography a little more seriously when I directed my first feature film for my high school senior project as 17 years old. 

Since then I have been blessed to work on several different projects with a lot of talented people. I have worked in a variety of positions from AC, DP, Director, Editor and Writer. I have worked on national commercials, T.V. Shows, Short Films & Feature Films. 
 

From here on out my goal is to continue working with talented & driven people in the industry to expand my knowledge in the field and collaborate with as many artists as possible.
